| [investigation of the seropositivity of toxoplasma gondii (nicolle and manceaux, 1908) in layer hens by the sabin-feldman dye test in the region of konya]. | this study was carried out on layer hens in the region of konya between december 2004 and march 2005. during this period, blood samples were collected from a total of 287 layer hens and the sera were separated by centrifugation at 4000 rpm for 10 minutes. all the sera were investigated with the sabin-feldman dye test for toxoplasma gondii specific antibodies. the rate of seropositivity for toxoplasma gondii was found to be 0.34%. | 2007 | 17471403 |
