genome sequence of haloplasma contractile, an unusual contractile bacterium from a deep-sea anoxic brine lake.	we present the draft genome of haloplasma contractile, isolated from a deep-sea brine and representing a new order between firmicutesand mollicutes. its complex morphology with contractile protrusions might be strongly influenced by the presence of seven mreb/mbl homologs, which appears to be the highest copy number ever reported.	2011	21705599
